XC Edge Program

An 8-week comprehensive program that includes training guidelines for 56 days. The first 14 days are off-site, and the next 42 training days include 18 onsite sessions with disciplines that support an athlete’s existing summer training program.

Welcome to XC Edge

FernandoThe Going the Distance XC Edge programs provide conditioning for runners who are training for cross-country competition. The programs are in session in June, July, and August. They are for collegiate, high school, and middle school student-athletes.

Your training can be coordinated with your coach’s existing team summer program.
