Welcome to XC Edge
The Going the Distance XC Edge programs provide conditioning for runners who are training for cross-country competition. The programs are in session in June, July, and August. They are for collegiate, high school, and middle school student-athletes.
Your training can be coordinated with your coach’s existing team summer program.
