Personal Coaching and Spring Seasonal Program Signup

2. Go to sign-up form to register (send form via Internet or mail)
3. Go to program payments to submit payment via Internet (or mail payment with form)

Current Seasonal Program

You may sign up for One-on-One Coaching (Program 2) at any time.

Please note: if you want to train for a marathon, you must use the One-on-One Coaching option (Program 2).

Spring Seasonal Program, 2017 (Program 1)
15-Week Spring Training Program -- Registration Form
Dates -- 15 weeks, from April 17 through July 30, with weekly track sessions that you may do at a location convenient to you or onsite with Coach Braz on Tuesday evenings.
Location of onsite sessions with Coach Braz: Beverly High School Track, 100 Sohier Road, Beverly

Sign-Up -- Steps

Step 1:
Provide your background and short- and/or long-term goals

Once you have decided that coaching will help you reach your goals, go to the Sign-up Form to view and complete it.
Provide information about your experience with walking and/or running and what you would like to achieve. For example, you may want to specify how many days you currently train, any injuries you have and what distance may be a focus (whether you'd like to finish a 5k in a certain time, or complete a marathon).

Step 2:
Select the coaching service level that will best help you attain your goals -- Seasonal Coaching or Personal Coaching

You may sign up for Personal Coaching (Program 2) at any time.
Please note: if you want to train for a marathon, you must use the Personal Coaching option.
Seasonal Coaching is available for winter, spring, and fall.

Step 3:
Complete and submit your profile form and payment

Payment may be made via PayPal or by check to Going the Distance.
Once you have completed the Sign-up Form, send it electronically or print and mail it to the following address:

Coach Evaluation and Program Design
Once Coach Braz receives your profile form, he will assess your needs and determine how to help you achieve your goals.
If you have chosen the Seasonal Coaching model, you will receive a 15-week training outline.
If you have chosen the Personal Coaching model, you will receive an email with additional questions about your current training and your goals.
