2. Go to sign-up form to register (send form via Internet or mail)
3. Go to program payments to submit payment via Internet (or mail payment with form)

Sign-Up Steps

Step 1:
Provide your background and short- and/or long-term goals

Once you have decided that coaching will help you reach your goals, go to the Sign-up Form to complete it.
Provide information about your running and what you would like to achieve. For example, you may want to specify how many days you currently train, any injuries you have and what distance may be a focus (whether you'd like to finish a 5k in a certain time, or complete a marathon).

Step 2:
Complete and submit your profile form and payment

Payment may be made via PayPal or by check to Going the Distance.
You may complete the Sign-up Form and send it electronically or print and mail it to the following address:

Coach Evaluation and Program Design
Once Coach Braz receives your profile form, he will assess your needs and determine how to help you achieve your goals.
You will receive an email with additional questions about your current training and your goals.
