An 8-week conditioning program (June 24-August 16) that includes training guidelines for 56 days. The first 14 days are off-site, and the next 42 training days include 18 onsite sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings.

FernandoAll-Sports Speed & Conditioning is a dynamic summer conditioning program to gain the competitive edge for your sport.

Athletes in the following sports train in this program: Soccer, Field Hockey, Lacrosse, Basketball, Football, Baseball, Ice Hockey, Softball, Track, Wrestling, and more.
